What can we expect in 2012 and beyond within the San Antonio housing and mortgage markets? Renowned San Antonio housing expert, Bob Gardner, will provide an overview of the city’s current trends. Gardner has been in the mortgage banking industry for 39 years, and launched his own firm more than 22 years ago. Along with a partner, he founded Legacy Mutual Mortgage in 2005. Legacy currently has more than 130 staff members, originates more than $450 million in residential loans and has six San Antonio locations. |
